CUSTOMER AGREES THAT BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES. IN THE EVENT THAT SHIPPING COSTS EXCEED THE STATED AMOUNT WHEN ORDERING, CUSTOMER WILL BE PROVIDED WITH TWO OPTIONS: (1) PAY THE DIFFERENCE IN COST; OR (2) CANCEL THE ORDER. ANY CANCELLATION WILL NOT RESULT IN ANY LIABILITY FOR TRENDZ CO. ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE COMMUNICATED TO TRENDZ CO. BY EMAILING CONTACT@SHOPTRENDZCO.COM WITHIN 72 (SEVENTY TWO) HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT(S). AT THAT TIME, AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF TRENDZ CO., THEY WILL DECIDE AN APPROPRIATE COURSE OF ACTION (EITHER STORE CREDIT OR A FULL/PARTIAL REFUND). ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE UNWORN/UNUSED AND UNALTERED IN ANY WAY –INCLUDING THE PACKAGING THAT THE ITEM IS CONTAINED IN WHEN RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT RETURNED ITEMS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED BACK TO TRENDZ CO. WITHIN 72 (SEVENTY TWO) HOURS AFTER CUSTOMER RECEIVES A NOTIFICATION FROM TRENDZ CO. THAT THEIR REFUND REQUEST HAS BEEN REQUESTED (NOTE, TRENDZ CO. HAS SO LE DISCRETION TO ALTER THIS AT ANY TIME, ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS). CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES AND ANY APPLICABLE DUTIES. ONCE ITEMS HAVE ARRIVED IN THE CONDITION PREVIOUSLY STATED, TRENDZ CO. WILL RETURN ANY FUNDS DU E (LESS ANY APPLICABLE CHARGES) WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS.
